Jason has nearly 20 years of professional experience in providing corporate restructuring, enterprise risk management system, internal controls reviews, investigative audit, valuation, due diligence review, receivership and liquidation.

Previously, he served as the Associate Director at a boutique consultancy firm for 3 years, overseeing the corporate and business advisory division. His responsibilities included financial management services, tax planning, internal audit and pre-listing corporate advisory services.  Prior to to this, he gained experience as an internal auditor in PPB Group Berhad and IOI Group Berhad.
