Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of statutory documents and circulation of documents to the relevant parties.
  • Assist to maintain statutory books and records and ensure proper filing of documents.
  • Assist and provide administrative and secretarial support at daily basis.
  • Update and maintain relevant records and documents through software and filing system.
  • Prepare documents, or resolutions, or minutes as requested for clients.

Job Requirement:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration or other related courses.
  • Preferably CGPA 3.0 and above.
  • Good knowledge in Business Admin.
  • 3 - 6 Months.
  • Good command in English & Malay or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
